Qualifications

• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.

• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with professional, friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment.
• Promote positive customer relationships through excellent service.
• Respond to questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol parking areas to identify improper payment or authorization.
