You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, emphasizing excellent customer interactions and digital tool utilization. Must have minimum education and prefer retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions through customer service and sales.
• Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete required training to gain knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology.
• Collaborate across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
