Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required with basic tech troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft 365.

• Able to sit at a computer for long periods and communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or office-related work.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support for clients using company software platforms and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and other business software applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and remote support tools while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Regularly use desktops, laptops, multi-line phone systems, remote support software, printers, scanners and standard office equipment.
