• Approximately 2+ years of customer-service experience.
• At least 1 year of inbound call-center experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding account status, toll transactions, violations, charges, and payments.
• Research customer accounts and transactions using multiple computer applications and online resources.
• Strive for first-contact resolution by resolving customer concerns during the initial interaction whenever possible.
• Explain charges, fees, tolls, violations, and account information clearly and professionally.
• Navigate multiple computer applications and online resources.
• Handle difficult or frustrated customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Identify appropriate solutions based on company policies and procedures.
• Meet established productivity, efficiency, quality, customer-satisfaction, attendance, and schedule-adherence expectations.
