Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support to employees and maintain computers, printers, and network connectivity.

You will assist with the MFTZ Portal, perform minor updates using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and escalate complex issues to the Systems Administrator.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 1 year of tech support experience, and the ability to lift 30+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1 year of technical support experience.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and document requests.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices.
• Assist with MFTZ Portal maintenance, including PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS updates.
• Troubleshoot portal issues and test changes, reading existing code for minor edits.
• Escalate complex server, cybersecurity, and network issues to Systems Administrator.
• Maintain documentation of equipment and work performed.
