You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs and support branch success. The role requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekend/evening hours.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone.
• Detail-oriented with risk/compliance awareness.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• SIE, Series 6, state registrations; license path through JPM licensing program.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
