Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Strong communication skills to tailor product benefits to diverse client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Willingness to complete required licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work weekend/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, build trust, and recommend banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
