Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; graduates must be before start date.
• Willing to relocate for the 14-week training and future assignments.
• U.S. citizen or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• In-office work availability 3 months prior to start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design and sale.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage the sales channel and pursue design wins.
