Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program (GTP) in La Crosse, WI. After training, you’ll serve as an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls, at a designated office location.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, a passion for technical learning, and a readiness to relocate for training. Some roles may be remote or hybrid across North America. Training includes lodging and a daily stipend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or imminent graduate.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Develop strategic opportunities and analyze market conditions to improve sales strategies.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through new design wins and channel management.
