Job summary

Flourish in Boston is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify and create new business opportunities across the US market. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, building relationships and qualifying opportunities to feed the wider sales team.

The role offers a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 with uncapped commission (OTE $95,000-$100,000), plus structured onboarding, ongoing mentoring, and clear progression into Account Executive and leadership

Responsibilities

• Researching target companies and identifying potential customers.
• Engaging with senior decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding customer challenges and business objectives.
• Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities.
• Booking meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Testing new outreach strategies and messaging to drive engagement.
• Developing a strong understanding of technology, sales processes, and commercial best practices.
