Flourish in Miami is hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Executive to join our in-office team. This role offers a $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and involves working five days a week in the office.

You will prospect, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients, earning an expected year-one commission around $40,000. No prior sales experience is required, and you'll receive training and mentorship to grow your commercial career.
