Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives through our partnership with Western Governor's University. This full-time role includes free sales training, a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales career across 400+ partner companies.

Cohorts start weekly, limited to 25 Residents, with compensation consisting of a $2,500/month base during residency plus commissions, culminating in $55k–$100k total annual pay once on partner payroll, and

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to attend evening sessions during the 2-week bootcamp

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying inbound leads
• Scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Daily coaching from SV Academy mentor and partner sales leadership
