Job summary

SV Academy in San Francisco, CA is hiring Sales Development Representatives. The program begins with free sales training, followed by a 90-day paid Residency embedded at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales role across 400+ partners.

Compensation includes a 7-figure potential across tiered stages, with Day 100 onward moving to the partner's payroll and full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Cohorts start weekly and are capped at 25 Residents.

Qualifications

• English proficiency suitable for professional work communication.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (as per qualifications).
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or support is advantageous.
• Experience in goal-driven roles with measurable targets (quotas, KPIs, bookings, revenue).
• Ability to attend evening sessions during the bootcamp.
• Strong, confident communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-week online bootcamp training.
• Engage in a paid 3-month residency at an employer partner.
• Transition to a partner's payroll with full benefits after Day 100.
• Work in a hybrid environment with partner companies and SV Academy mentors.
