Siemens EDA is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and qualification across the Americas. You will identify and engage key decision makers, plan outreach strategies, and coordinate with sales teams to move opportunities through qualification stages.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute outbound prospecting and qualification activities across assigned segments.
• Identify, engage, and navigate customer organizations to reach key decision makers and influencers.
• Plan and adapt outreach strategies aligned to campaigns and target segments.
• Conduct structured discovery and needs assessment to qualify opportunities.
• Build and sustain prospect engagement through multi-channel outreach (phone, digital, social, email).
• Manage progression of opportunities through qualification stages, ensuring readiness for sales handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure strong pipeline visibility and follow-up discipline.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners on pursuit strategy and next steps.
