Job summary

You will provide subject matter expertise and guide process owners while leading a diverse team through evolving risk landscapes. You will partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators to produce governance reporting, strengthen risk posture, and advance AI-enabled risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted risk summaries before use.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, standards, and financial industry regulations.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decision-making and translate tech insights into strategy.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• Understanding of information & technology asset management and data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Use enterprise AI to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
• Build robust relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Govern controls, policies, issues, and measurements; provide senior management insights on control effectiveness.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted control testing with auditability and regulatory alignment, ensuring human review.
