Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk and Controls Lead to execute the firm's technology risk management strategy. You will identify, mitigate, and govern risks, providing expert guidance to process owners and ensuring controls operate effectively and compliantly.

You'll collaborate with Application Owners, Product Owners and Control Managers to deliver a comprehensive risk posture. You will lead risk-based audits, develop analytics on risk trends, and drive AI-assisted risk summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in resiliency, data security, risk assessment & reporting, controls design, execution and governance.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk/workflows with validation habits.

Responsibilities

Identify, quantify, communicate and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
Lead technology audits from planning to reporting; deliver quality artifacts on time and within budget.
Finalize audit findings and provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
Engage stakeholders across Global Technology, second/third lines of defense and regulators.
Develop analytics to monitor emerging risks and trends; report to management.
Communicate findings and identify control improvements; promote AI-assisted testing workflows.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with technologists, assessments teams and data officers.
Maintain relationships to enable progress toward shared goals.
