JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to mitigate tech risks and uphold operational excellence in cybersecurity. You will provide expertise to technology owners, ensuring controls comply with regulatory standards and are effective across the organization.

You will drive reporting on risk posture, collaborate with product owners and regulators, and guide a diverse team through a dynamic risk landscape.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or information security.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial regulatory requirements.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with validation practices.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries before use.
• Knowledge of data security, risk reporting, control design and governance.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers for collaboration.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and risk reporting for governance insights.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence and executive reporting with proper validation.
• Monitor control effectiveness and recommend enhancements to regulatory posture.
• Promote AI-assisted, reusable control testing while ensuring auditability.
