Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk and Controls Lead to drive technology risk strategy across Corporate – IP Foundational Services. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risk while guiding process owners and control managers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will develop analytics on risk posture, support audits, and champion AI-assisted, reusable control testing with strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management, information security or related field.
• Familiar with risk frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk identification, assessment, and remediation.
• Ability to guide AI-assisted risk workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause focus.
• Lead technology audits from planning to reporting with timely, quality deliverables.
• Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls and overall risk posture.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across Global Technology, 2nd/3rd lines of defense, and regulators.
• Maintain analytics to surface emerging risks and trends for management.
