Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management or related governance field.
• Experience validating AI-assisted risk summaries and controls.
• Hands-on testing of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Ability to translate risk insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk; focus on root cause analysis.
• Validate remediation and closure readiness; test action plan evidence.
• Quality-review issue lifecycle documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Monitor control design and operating effectiveness; suggest enhancements.
• Assess residual risk and recommend compensating controls or broader remediation.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and reporting.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists, governance teams, and TRC partners.
• Operate reporting and governance of controls, policies, and metrics for senior management.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches while ensuring auditability and compliance.
