The role requires expert risk management knowledge and the ability to lead a diverse team in a dynamic environment. You will drive governance, reporting, and improvement initiatives, including leveraging AI capabilities to streamline risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate risk insights into actionable business decisions for senior leaders.
• Experience using AI-enabled risk workflows and validating AI-generated outputs.
• Strong knowledge of data security, governance, and control design.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build trusted partnerships with technologists, assessment teams, and data officers.
• Govern controls, policies, issues, and metrics; provide executive insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness and identify gaps for improvements.
• Leverage enterprise AI to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and reporting.
• Promote AI-assisted, reusable control testing with proper human review.
