Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Able to safely perform hardware repairs with eye/hand precision.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Share knowledge with the team and identify recurring repair problems.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
