Job summary

Apple Retail is looking for a Genius to combine strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services. You will educate customers about repair options and Apple offerings while performing repairs on in-store devices.

You will deepen knowledge of Apple products and repair processes, support customers with care and empathy, and collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Able to safely perform hardware repairs with good manual dexterity.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deepen knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting product/service recommendations.
• Educate and mentor team members on best practices and repair techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and support team on and off the sales floor.
