Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for software, infrastructure, and product engineering teams. You will partner with engineering leaders to shape role scopes, build diverse pipelines, and move candidates through kickoff to offer close.

You will source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, screen for technical fit, and drive offers with benchmarking and negotiation support, while maintaining a high-touch candidate

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Proficient in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent requisitions across backend, frontend, data, and platform engineering roles
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/X-ray searches, GitHub, and referral programs
• Partner with hiring managers to write role specs, calibrate on candidate profiles, and run debriefs
• Screen candidates for technical baseline, motivation, and team fit before advancing to interview loops
• Drive offer process: compensation benchmarking, negotiation support, and close strategy with hiring managers
• Own candidate experience end-to-end, maintaining high touch communication and reducing drop-off in the funnel
• Track and report funnel metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline coverage, source-of-hire — and use the data to improve processes
