Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical recruiting.
• Proven success sourcing via LinkedIn and creative channels.
• Experience in venture-backed or startup environments.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt.
• Experience in early recruiting teams or startup growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for engineering roles.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract engineering talent.
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to automate workflows.
• Partner with leadership using recruiting data and metrics.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and help build a compelling talent brand.
