Job summary

Real Time Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter-Engineering to lead full-desk delivery for engineering project roles. You will source, screen, coordinate client interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage offers, in a fully remote setup for eligible US candidates.

You will build a strong candidate network, maintain accurate ATS records, and collaborate with HR to move candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a superior experience for both candidates and hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience in a corporate environment in a fast-paced recruiting role.
• 3+ years of recruiting for technical jobs in Aerospace, Space, Semiconductor, Healthcare, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, assessing candidate skills match, compensation negotiations, closing the job).
• Experience recruiting Engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Verification and Validation, Test, Mechanical, Hardware) is highly preferred.
• Nice to have Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, or Semiconductor industry recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruiting activities including sourcing, pre-screening, technical screening, and selecting candidates for submission to hiring managers.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, references, and comparing to job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS (CATS) and Excel.
• Develop candidate networks and referrals to build pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate status to hiring managers.
• Source candidates using job boards and social networks to support current and recurring projects.
• Collaborate with HR to transfer candidates into the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
