Job summary

Lightfield is reinventing CRM and is an early-stage startup. We’re seeking a hands-on technical recruiter to scale our Engineering team across software, ML, and infrastructure. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, build proactive pipelines, run initial screens, and close top talent in a competitive market.

You’ll partner with engineering leaders to define profiles, calibrate quickly, track funnel metrics, and implement lean ATS discipline so no great candidate falls through the cracks.
