Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a technically savvy recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our fast-growing product and engineering teams. You will manage 8-12 concurrent technical roles, partner with engineering and product leaders to define scope and interview loops, and build strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

You will ensure a fast, human candidate experience, coordinate interview operations in our ATS, and report weekly on funnel metrics to talent leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• 2+ years sourcing technical roles.
• Proven track record closing senior engineers in a competitive market.
• Fluent with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent technical roles, from intake through offer close
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, interview loops, and leveling criteria
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray searches, GitHub, and referrals; maintain warm pipelines for recurring roles
• Screen candidates for technical fit and motivation, and prepare hiring managers with structured debriefs
• Drive scheduling and interview operations in Greenhouse or Lever, keeping time-to-slate under five business days
• Own candidate experience: clear communication, timely feedback, and honest close conversations
• Report funnel metrics (pipeline coverage, response rates, offer-accept rate) weekly to talent leadership
