Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year college degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nationwide full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct phone screens and match candidates to positions.
• Manage candidate expectations, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs and goals.
• Utilize job boards, databases, search engines, social media, and other sources for sourcing.
• Perform market research on candidate skills, demographics, and hiring trends.
• Write and edit job marketing content and post jobs to boards and social networks.
