Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, is hiring an Entry-Level Full-Desk Tech Recruiter in Dallas, TX. You’ll learn to connect top technology professionals with leading companies while building client relationships, and develop sales, recruiting, negotiation, and business development skills.

The role is hybrid, with in-office 4–5 days per week for the first 1–2 months, then 3 days on-site with flexibility as you grow in the role. No prior recruiting or tech experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) is required OR 1–2 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
• Military experience is also highly valued
• Previous recruiting experience is welcome but not required
• Candidates with approx. 2 years of 360/full-desk recruiting experience may be considered for a more experienced opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage both the recruiting and sales sides of the business.
• Build relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
• Identify and recruit top talent for exciting career opportunities.
• Develop client partnerships through business development and networking.
• Guide candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process.
• Attend networking events, including Tech in Motion community events.
• Learn from experienced recruiters and sales leaders through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Grow your own book of business with the support of an experienced local team.
• Develop your sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a performance-driven environment.
