Job summary

Korn Ferry in Denver, CO is hiring an Associate Sourcing Recruiter for a hybrid role requiring two days onsite weekly. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate functions and production roles.

You will partner with Business Partners, design sourcing strategies, optimize channels, and build strong candidate relationships. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience in light industrial production roles and/or corporate functions (I.T., HR, legal, supply chain, accounting, customer service, etc).
• Ability to be onsite 2 days weekly in downtown Denver.
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
• 1+ years of ATS experience.
• 1+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans with Business Partners.
• Identify channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Define and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
• Develop and optimize sourcing channels to improve candidate quality and quantity.
• Monitor effectiveness of sourcing framework against outcomes.
• Develop compelling employee value proposition to inform sourcing strategy.
• Source, secure and leverage relevant media and channels.
• Develop candidate relationship management strategies for passive candidates.
• Lead client sourcing framework, intelligence gathering and talent mapping.
• Collaborate with recruiters to share insights and improve searches.
