Job summary

Outsource is seeking an entry-level recruiting and sales support specialist who will be onsite in Denver, CO. This role blends candidate sourcing with proactive sales support to fuel long‑term placements.

You will source candidates from the internal database and job boards, screen by phone and in person, coordinate onboarding, and build a strong pipeline through creative recruiting strategies. The role offers $22.15/hour with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $56k–$65k, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or recent military experience.
• Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
• Demonstrated interest in Sales and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using the internal database and job boards.
• Complete a minimum of 50 calls per day to prospective and existing candidates.
• Screen candidates by phone and in person for opportunities.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new candidates.
• Generate a pipeline by finding new candidates through creative recruiting strategies.
• Achieve placement goals by placing at least one candidate weekly.
• Identify and surface sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.
