Gusto is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build a strong candidate pipeline and drive growth across its tech org. You will partner with hiring partners, design tailored search strategies, and own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on mid- to senior-level roles.

You'll collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, and Executive Operations to ensure a positive candidate experience and scalable, inclusive hiring. Experience scaling high-growth tech is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, incl. 2+ years in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience with req-based recruiting targeting mid- to senior-level roles.
• Proven ability to coach hiring partners through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Proficient with AI and talent intelligence tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles at Gusto with a focus on req-based hiring.
• Partner with Hiring PEs to align hiring plans with org goals and drive results.
• Build deep relationships with managers, guiding evolving hiring environments.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract and close top talent while fostering belonging.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, and Exec Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to and improve recruiting processes to scale efficiently.
• Proactively challenge the status quo with creative ideas to elevate recruiting.
