Based in San Francisco or Denver areas, this role supports multiple major metro locations and will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in high-growth tech.
• Experience influencing and coaching hiring partners through full lifecycle.
• Proficient with AI and talent intelligence tools to improve efficiency.
• Committed to inclusive hiring practices and building representative pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles at Gusto, with a focus on req-based hiring and business alignment.
• Partner with Hiring PEs to understand org goals and develop hiring plans.
• Build consultative relationships with hiring managers for evolving environments.
• Develop tailored strategies to attract, engage, and close top talent.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, and Exec Ops for seamless execution.
• Improve recruiting processes to scale the Invite team.
• Proactively contribute creative ideas to elevate recruiting at Gusto.
