You will partner with Compensation, People Partners, and Exec Operations, drive inclusive recruiting, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a high-growth tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in req-based recruiting, with a focus on mid- to senior-level hiring.
• Strong track record of influencing and coaching hiring partners through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Proficient with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite; experience using AI and talent intelligence tools to improve efficiency.
• Growth mindset toward AI adoption and ability to integrate new tools into recruiting workflows responsibly.
• Committed to inclusive hiring practices with experience building representative pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles at Gusto, with a focus on req-based hiring and strategic alignment to business needs.
• Partner closely with Hiring Partners to understand org goals and develop customized hiring plans that drive results.
• Build deep, consultative relationships with hiring managers, navigating complex hiring environments with clarity.
• Develop tailored strategies to attract, engage, and close exceptional talent through sourcing and outreach channels.
• Provide a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, and Executive Operations for seamless execution.
• Improve recruiting processes to scale efficiently for the Invite team.
• Challenge the status quo with ideas to elevate recruiting at Gusto.
