  • Proficient with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite; Demonstrated experience using AI and talent intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI, sourcing automation, competitive insights) to improve efficiency and quality of work.
  • Growth mindset toward AI adoption and ability to integrate new tools into recruiting workflows responsibly.

  • Comfortable using funnel metrics and data to inform hiring strategy and drive efficiency.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
  • Passionate about Gusto’s mission and the role small businesses play in the world.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $132,000 to $163,000 in Denver & most major metro locations, and $150,000 to $185,000 for San Francisco & New York.
