Compass is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across Engineering, Data, and Product. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing strategies for technical roles and promote the Compass brand internally and externally.

This in-office role requires managing a full recruitment lifecycle, proactive sourcing, and exceptional communication, with comfort using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a full pipeline efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage active and passive candidates.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques.
• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong skills in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through referrals and research.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly.
• Promote the Compass brand to attract top talent.
