Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention.
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to engage active/passive candidates.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals, internal databases, and research.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive.
• Promote the Compass brand and attract strong candidates.
