Job summary

Randstad Digital seeks a dynamic Technology Recruiter to lead full-cycle direct hire IT placements. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, connecting top technology professionals with exciting full-time opportunities.

This hybrid role offers office access in Raleigh, NC; Baltimore, MD; or Atlanta, GA, and a pathway to build strong client relationships. You will source, screen, and negotiate offers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure the right match and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency staffing or recruiting, focused on IT/Technology.
• Solid understanding of the technology labor market and candidate qualification.
• Sales-minded approach with ability to read client needs and build long-term partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive-level interaction.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle direct hire recruitment for technology roles.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust IT talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and fulfillment teams to align talent with client needs and culture.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support business development.
