Qualifications

Job Description

As they continue to grow their organization, they're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for various corporate roles.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
• Drive stakeholder communication, provide regular recruiting updates, and influence hiring decisions through data and market expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, People Operations, and interview teams.
