Job summary

Employer.com is partnering with an established healthcare technology leader to recruit an experienced Senior Recruiter who will lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong partnerships with hiring leaders and a proven track record in guiding hiring strategies across an organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities
