This hybrid role offers office access in Raleigh, NC; Baltimore, MD; or Atlanta, GA, and a pathway to build strong client relationships. You will source, screen, and negotiate offers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure the right match and long-term partnerships.

Randstad Digital is seeking a dynamic and driven Technology Recruiter to specialize in Direct Hire IT placements. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent advisor, connecting top-tier technology professionals with exciting full-time opportunities. This position operates under Randstad Digital’s hybrid work model, with physical office hub access in Raleigh, NC, Baltimore, MD, or Atlanta, GA.

What You Get To Do:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle direct hire recruiting process for a variety of technology positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Build Talent Communities: Proactively develop and maintain a robust, steady pipeline of high-caliber IT professionals.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal Account Managers and fulfillment teams to align top talent with our clients' technical needs and company culture.
• Business Growth: Leverage your market intelligence and strong candidate relationships to help identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business development.

What You Need to Bring:

• Experience: Previous agency staffing or recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on the IT and Technology sector.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the technology labor market and the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications.
• Business Acumen: A sales-minded approach with the ability to read between the lines on client needs and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently present to and communicate with executive-level professionals.
• Drive & Organization: A highly motivated, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non‑exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
