Employer.com is partnering with a healthcare technology leader seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles. In a fast-paced environment, you will build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines to drive successful hires while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

The position offers a hybrid on-site arrangement in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Capable of handling multiple requisitions in a fast-growth environment.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
• Drive stakeholder communication, provide regular recruiting updates, and influence hiring decisions through data and market expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, People Operations, and interview teams.
