Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions. The role partners closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, assess, and close high-quality talent.

The ideal candidate enjoys fast-moving environments, proactively sourcing passive candidates, and delivering a strong candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (tech, AI, cloud, SaaS) preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and understand complex roles.
• Strong communication and candidate-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates for experience, motivation, fit, and opportunity alignment.
• Manage multiple searches with urgency and strong organization.
