Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or high-growth environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and understand complex hiring requirements.
• Excellent communication and candidate-management skills.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities and searches.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer coordination, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct candidate screens and assess fit and motivation.
• Handle multiple searches with strong organization and urgency.
• Provide high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health; identify bottlenecks.
• Support offer strategy and candidate closing with leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements as the organization scales.
