Job summary

Latent, the enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own searches from intake through close for software and technology roles. You will source candidates, manage inbound flow, and partner with hiring managers to refine profiles and interview processes.

In a high-growth environment, you will build healthy pipelines, track progress, and push for 2–3 hires per month while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for software and technology companies.
• Ability to build pipelines from scratch and source proactively.
• Ability to own end-to-end searches from intake to close.
• Strong communication with hiring managers and candidates.
