Job summary

Forgepoint Inc. is seeking a true 0→1 recruiting leader to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and GTM. You will build pipelines, design rigorous interview processes, and guide candidates from first contact through close, shaping a high-impact team as we scale.

You’ll work hands-on with founders and hiring managers in NYC. You’ll run fast, thoughtful processes with excellent communication, calibrate our hiring bar, and craft repeatable systems to scale as Forgepoint grows into a larger

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally technical.
• Ability to build pipelines and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and fast, thorough processes.
• Organized, data-driven, with reliable pipeline management.
• Collaborative with founders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Define scorecards, ideal profiles, and rigorous interview processes for open roles.
• Build targeted pipelines for engineering and GTM roles via sourcing and referrals.
• Own the candidate journey end-to-end from first contact to close.
• Assess candidates against outcomes and values; calibrate hiring bar.
• Run a fast, thoughtful process with clear communication and scheduling.
• Instrument the recruiting funnel and forecast hiring progress.
