Paraform is disrupting how companies hire; we are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to source the top 1% talent for a fast-growing startup. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive talent strategy with the founders, and help scale our processes and infrastructure.

You’ll be hands-on with sourcing, interviewing, closing, and refining our recruiting operations, with the option to take on People Ops duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles.
• Proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market.
• Deep sourcing chops—able to find people and generate interest.
• High ownership mentality and comfort operating without a playbook.
• Builder mindset—eager to create process and structure where none exists.

Aufgaben

• Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
• Work with founders and hiring managers to set talent bar, goals, candidate experience and employer branding.
• Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools, and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Have the option to own HR/People Ops in the interim on an as-needed basis.
• Promote Paraform and speak credibly about our product, market, and opportunities.
