You will work directly with founders and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent across technical and business roles, shaping systems, culture, and the candidate experience that will define growth.

You'll own full-cycle recruiting, partnering with teams to design effective hiring strategies, drive pipelines, and maintain speed and quality in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles.
• Experience building a recruiting function or playbook in a high-growth startup is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to earn trust with candidates and hiring teams.
