Job summary

PointOne is seeking an in-house recruiter to help build the hiring engine as we scale our AI-powered infrastructure company. You will own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, GTM, and operations, partnering with founders to define what great looks like and delivering top candidates in a fast, high-signal process.

You will source passive talent, guide them through offers, and help build pipeline reporting and interviewer training to keep pace with rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or a top agency
• A track record closing hard technical and go-to-market roles in competitive markets
• Comfort owning the entire funnel, from first outreach through offer negotiation
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
• Strong written communication and a builder's instinct for creating process where none exists

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and operations roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, then build the interview plan to find it.
• Source and engage passive candidates, then guide them through a fast, high-signal process.
• Run offer conversations and close candidates against strong competition.
• Build the systems, from pipeline reporting to interviewer training, that let our hiring keep pace with the business.
