Linkup is seeking a Founding Recruiter to join our founders and scale our recruiting function across NYC, San Francisco, and Paris. This is our first recruiting hire, owning how Linkup hires as we grow.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and engineering, build playbooks, interview loops, and an ATS, and partner with leaders to move fast while maintaining quality.

Join a small, ambitious team and help shape the hiring culture and brand from the ground up.

Formación

• 2+ years in in-house recruiting at a startup or scale-up.
• Experience hiring for technical, infrastructure, or AI products.
• GTM and engineering roles recruiting experience.
• Strong outbound sourcing for senior candidates.
• Comfort working across US and Europe/time zones.
• Fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting end to end, across GTM and engineering.
• Build recruiting engine: sourcing playbooks, interview loops, scorecards, ATS hygiene.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate the bar.
• Run high-touch outbound sourcing for senior technical and GTM profiles in NYC, SF, Paris.
• Own candidate experience so every talk leaves as a fan, hired or not.
• Build talent pipelines and employer brand ahead of need, not just react to open reqs.
• Set up hiring metrics and reporting: pipeline conversion, time to hire, source quality.
